Oklahoma City offers cheap housing, healthcare and utilities. And, the U.S. city where your $1 million will last the longest is Houston, Texas! It’ll last for 25.96 years. According to GoBankingRates, Houston has low to moderate costs across the board and the lowest grocery cost.
